The D-Day beaches are meaningful year-round. June 6th and surrounding days feature special commemorations but are very crowded. Spring (April-May) and fall (September-October) offer pleasant weather with fewer crowds. Summer provides the best weather but more visitors. Winter offers a more contemplative, quiet experience. We operate year-round and each season has its own character.

The tour includes private luxury transportation, certified bilingual WWII specialist guide, all museum entrance fees (Airborne Museum, Utah Beach Museum, etc.), parking fees, and access to all beaches and memorial sites. Not included: lunch, personal expenses, and optional add-ons. We provide comprehensive coverage without hidden fees.

Moderate walking is involved, typically 3-4 hours spread throughout the day with frequent breaks. Most sites are accessible with paved or maintained paths. Pointe du Hoc involves some uneven terrain and stairs but can be viewed from above if preferred. The American Cemetery is wheelchair accessible. We adjust the pace for your comfort level and can accommodate mobility limitations.

Absolutely! This is your private tour. If you want to visit specific museums, memorials, bunkers, or sites related to particular units or battles, we can customize the itinerary. Many guests request visits to the British Cemetery at Bayeux, German Cemetery at La Cambe, or specific regimental memorials. Just let us know your interests when booking.

Yes! We regularly serve cruise ship passengers from Le Havre, Cherbourg, and Honfleur ports. We coordinate timing with your ship's schedule to ensure stress-free return.
